Afra Hall-Beers has been a resident of
Tamborine Mountain for over seven years and involved in real
estate since 2001. Until recently she had always focused on
real estate sales until an opportunity to take over a well-known
property management portfolio presented itself in November 2008.
In just a few short months the management portfolio doubled
and has provided a wonderful opportunity to work with another
sector of the real estate community – those who are chosing

Mountain and the wonderful village community ambiance it has,
before deciding to buy their own home here.
That gave Afra the clue to the service she wanted to provide,
as a point of difference. A ‘one stop, relocation shop’
– a personal relocation specialist to assist busy and
time-poor, intrastate, interstate and overseas buyers to find
the right home - their own ‘mountain house’.
This means that the service she provides is individual, it
is relational and it is a commitment by both sides. Afra enjoys
the opportunity to form strong alliances not just with her
clients, the buyers who contact her, but also with the service
providers that are needed when relocating. Afra can provide
support with airport transfers, hire cars, removalists, building
and pest inspectors, valuers, schools, churches, service clubs,
banks, builders, electricians, plumbers – in fact anyone
and anything that makes life easier when moving to another
area.
